Each cohort is ten students who work one on one with our founders as they prepare for ownership. Webinars stay open to everyone; mentorship is by application.

Who we're looking for
Students ready to commit to ownership.
- You graduate from dental school within the next year.
- You are committed to owning a practice.
- You are committed to growing personally as well as clinically.
- You share the values we work by. We get to know each other on an intake call.
What happens after you apply
A decision within weeks, not months.
- You receive a confirmation email right away.
- Within five business days, we reply. Shortlisted applicants are invited to an intake call.
- All three founders review every application together.
- Dr. John Bigler contacts you with our decision and, if you're admitted, your cohort start date and program guides.
