When you register for a webinar, book a call, apply to the Young Doc Ownership Program, apply for a Jr. Doc position, subscribe to our newsletter or send a message, we collect what you enter: for example your name, email, phone number, school, graduation date, practice details, location preferences and your answers to our questions.
• Scheduling information. When you book a call, our scheduling provider (Google Calendar) collects the details needed to schedule it.
• Usage information. If you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics collects information about how you use the site, such as pages viewed, approximate location and device type.

How we use information

• To respond to you, schedule and prepare for calls, and provide the services you ask about.
• To review program and position applications.
• To register you for webinars and send related reminders and recordings.
• To send our newsletter if you subscribe. Every newsletter includes a way to unsubscribe.
• To understand and improve how the site works.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us operate, under their own privacy terms. These include website hosting and form processing (Netlify), workflow automation (Zapier), scheduling, email and records (Google), and webinars (Zoom). We may also disclose information when required by law.

Confidentiality of practice information

Information you share about a practice, including financial details and plans to buy, sell or transition, is treated as confidential and used only to advise you, unless you give us written permission to share it.

Cookies and analytics

We use Google Analytics only if you accept analytics cookies through the banner on our site. You can change your choice by clearing this site's data in your browser.

Retention

We keep information as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, then delete or de-identify it.
